Love, loans and libraries is a romantic comedy starring Dave De Haas of the New York Red Bulls and a model called Helen Bannarasee. It was a film debut for both of the romantic leads, yet they had good chemistry that overshadowed their poor performance as first timers.

Synopsis[]

David is a doctoral student of economics who is currently writing his dissertation and Jane is a struggling bakery owner who loves reading romance novels.

David visited the local library in need of 3 books for his dissertation, but he was informed that he could only check out 2 books at a time, and that wasn't working for him. He was about to check out the 2 most expensive ones and buy the third one online, but right at that moment Jane showed up.

Jane wanted to check out one novel but was told her yearly subscription has already expired and she needed to buy a new one. She didn't have enough money with her for it and realized she couldn't check anything out. Dave overheard this and offered to pay for her subscription if she would allow him to check out his third book with her subscription since she had an empty spot and she would get to read her book and have a full subscription for the remainder of the year. She agreed and they exchanged information and friended each other on social media.

He helped her make her bakery more profitable and helped her market her business propperly wich helped it boom. While he was studying she would make him coffee and cookies and helped him with refferences. They realize they made a great bond by helping each other out in stressful situations and started dating.

Will their relationship last with all the struggles life will throw at them? Will David graduate? Will Jane's bakery last even with David's help?
